This summer, we welcomed Senator Susan Collins for her first visit to Woodlands Senior Living of Farmington. We are fortunate that our residents are dutifully represented by Senator Collins and her shared interest in the aging population of Maine, the oldest population in the country. During her visit, she spoke of specific challenges facing the aging population including rising prescription drug prices and affordable housing for seniors.
